Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site architecture and crawlability issues.
- Develop and execute keyword research and content strategies to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures, for maximum SEO impact.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track KPIs and report on ROI.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure technical implementation of SEO best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to keep strategies relevant and effective.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a full-service digital agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep technical understanding of SEO, including site architecture, canonicalization, schema markup, and site speed optimization.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
