Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data problems to ensure optimal search engine indexing.
- Strategic Keyword Research: Develop and execute comprehensive keyword strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and user intent to target high-value search terms.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and body copy for maximum relevance and conversion.
- Link Building Strategy: Lead our off-page SEO efforts by building high-authority, relevant backlinks through white-hat techniques and outreach campaigns.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; produce weekly and monthly reports that demonstrate ROI and growth.
- Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates (e.g., Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T) and adjust strategies proactively to maintain and improve rankings.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to uncover opportunities and differentiate our brand in the marketplace.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings for enterprise-level websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture. Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing web analytics data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are preferred.
