As part of our dynamic marketing team, you will be responsible for optimizing our web presence, driving organic traffic, and improving conversion rates. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and high-performing digital ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Technical SEO: Audit and optimize website architecture, speed, and mobile usability to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to develop keyword-rich strategies that align with user intent and business goals.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console; generate detailed reports to track KPIs and ROI.
- Backlink Strategy: Implement outreach campaigns to build high-quality backlinks and establish domain authority.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitors to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within the B2B SaaS or tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices; familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
- Tools: Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and a data-driven mindset.
- Certifications: Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are highly preferred.
