The Role:

Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversions across all digital channels.
- Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement solutions to enhance site architecture, page speed, and crawlability.
- Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring alignment with keyword research and user intent.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Search Console; generate actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
- Link Building: Lead outreach efforts for high-quality backlink acquisition and manage PR campaigns to boost domain authority.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitive research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of algorithm updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic search rankings for major keywords.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Google’s core algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO best practices.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
