Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings.
- Conduct deep technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to site speed, crawlability, and indexation.
- Manage keyword research and content strategy to align with evolving user intent.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement schema markup, canonical tags, and structured data.
- Monitor performance using Google Search Console and Analytics 4, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Lead link-building campaigns and monitor domain authority growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep understanding of Google's core algorithms and ranking factors, including Helpful Content and E-E-A-T.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate reports.
- Excellent communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
