Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Develop and execute a robust on-page and off-page SEO strategy focused on semantic search and user intent.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to optimize landing pages for high conversion rates and search engine visibility.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and third-party tools to report on performance and ROI.
- Lead the integration of Schema Markup and structured data to enhance rich snippets and voice search compatibility.
- Monitor algorithm updates and emerging trends in AI-driven search to adapt strategies proactively.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of Google's core algorithms and update cycles (Penguin, Panda, BERT, Helpful Content).
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) and content management systems (WordPress, Contentful).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
