Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve site architecture, crawlability, and indexing issues.
- On-Page Optimization: Lead the strategy for meta tags, headers, schema markup, and internal linking to maximize search engine visibility.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop keyword-rich, high-value content that ranks and converts.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools to provide actionable insights and weekly performance reports.
- Link Building: Develop and execute high-quality backlink strategies to enhance domain authority and referral traffic.
- Algorithm Monitoring: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain effective and compliant.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a demonstrable history of increasing organic traffic for complex websites.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO purposes; familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or custom).
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification: Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications are a plus.
