Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify and rectify crawl errors, canonicalization issues, and site speed bottlenecks.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement long-term SEO strategies aligned with business goals to increase organic visibility and lead generation.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring technical SEO best practices are integrated seamlessly into editorial workflows.
- Link Building: Spearhead a white-hat link acquisition campaign to boost domain authority and improve backlink profiles.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Continuously analyze competitor strategies to identify market gaps and new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with a proven track record of ranking major keywords and driving traffic growth.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Drupal).
- Analysis: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
