Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on long-term growth and market dominance in 2026.
- AI Integration: Leverage generative AI and predictive analytics to streamline keyword research, content optimization, and link-building campaigns.
- Technical SEO: Conduct deep-dive audits of site architecture, page speed, and structured data to ensure full crawlability and indexability.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Content Collaboration: Partner with content creators to produce high-authority, user-centric content that ranks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in technical SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and analytics platforms (GA4, BigQuery).
- AI Literacy: Strong understanding of how AI is reshaping search results (e.g., SGE, Generative Engine Optimization).
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate technical SEO concepts for non-technical teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
