Responsibilities
- Technical Architecture: Lead the optimization of site architecture, ensuring clean URL structures, proper canonicalization, and efficient site maps for better crawlability.
- Performance Optimization: Drive improvements in Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and overall page speed to enhance user experience and search rankings.
- SEO Audits: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify crawl errors, indexing issues, and security vulnerabilities that impact organic performance.
- Schema Markup: Design and implement advanced Schema.org markup to increase visibility in rich search results and voice search.
- Collaboration: Partner with developers to implement server-side rendering, API integrations, and mobile-first indexing strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor technical KPIs and generate actionable insights to refine our SEO strategy continuously.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic for enterprise-level websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side technologies (PHP, Node.js, Python).
- Tools: Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
