Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations to drive high-value sales conversions
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store experiences
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Train and mentor junior associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Analyze sales data to identify upsell opportunities and customer trends
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Operate POS systems and process transactions with precision
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-end retail or luxury goods sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Expert product knowledge in fashion, home goods, or lifestyle categories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build client relationships
- Proficiency with CRM systems and retail analytics tools
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for store errands)
