Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Exceed sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stockroom organization, and loss prevention

Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals

- Strong visual merchandising and inventory management skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and basic data analysis tools
