Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury or specialty retail sales experience required
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in high-end fashion, beauty, or home goods categories
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail analytics software
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
