Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling and product knowledge

- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales goals and KPIs

Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Expert knowledge of fashion trends and premium product categories
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
