Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized styling
- Achieve and exceed daily/monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist with visual merchandising, restocking, and inventory management
- Train and mentor new sales associates on brand standards and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal
- Participate in store meetings and training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume retail sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong visual merchandising and inventory management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office
- Passion for fashion and current retail trends
- Must be available for immediate start
