Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based selling
- Drive sales growth by exceeding monthly targets and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Train and mentor new sales associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Manage inventory levels, restock displays, and participate in quarterly stock audits
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to create compelling in-store displays
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven retail sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Expertise in high-end product categories (electronics, fashion, home goods)
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse clientele
- Strong problem-solving abilities with focus on customer satisfaction
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license required for inventory transport
