Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling recommendations
- Drive sales growth by meeting/exceeding monthly targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing returns/exchanges
- Visual merchandising to maintain boutique-quality displays and inventory standards
- Train and mentor new associates on brand standards and product knowledge
- Execute inventory management tasks including stock receiving and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team during peak hours to ensure seamless customer flow
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury retail or high-end fashion sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in premium retail environments
- Expertise in designer apparel, footwear, and accessories
- Strong visual merchandising skills with boutique aesthetic sensibility
- Advanced POS proficiency (Shopify/POS systems preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
