Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques and product knowledge
- Cultivate client relationships through personalized styling and follow-up communication
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Train and mentor junior staff on sales processes and brand standards
- Manage inventory control and loss prevention protocols
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Participate in seasonal promotions and store events
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Strong visual merchandising and inventory management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
