Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client consultations and build lasting customer relationships
- Exceed sales targets through upselling and product knowledge expertise
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain boutique presentation
- Process transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team to create engaging in-store events
- Contribute to weekly sales reporting and performance analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury retail or high-end sales experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (required for inventory runs)
- Portfolio demonstrating sales achievements preferred
