Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling expertise
- Consistently achieve/exceed sales targets through upselling techniques and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing returns, exchanges, and payments
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and store cleanliness
- Participate in seasonal promotions and special event activations
- Actively collect and implement customer feedback to improve service quality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven retail sales experience with track record of exceeding goals
- Expertise in luxury fashion, outdoor apparel, or specialty retail preferred
- Strong proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Spanish fluency highly valued for diverse clientele
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
