Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized customer consultations and product knowledge
- Train and mentor new associates on sales techniques and store operations
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain impeccable store presentation
- Process transactions efficiently while upselling loyalty programs and special offers
- Collaborate with team to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Participate in inventory management and loss prevention protocols
- Contribute to store-wide promotions and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of luxury or specialty retail sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics
- Expertise in fashion trends, styling, and product storytelling
- Strong leadership skills with experience training new hires
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid Oregon driver's license (required for vendor pickups)
- High school diploma or equivalent
