Responsibilities
- Architect and develop responsive, high-performance front-end applications using React, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to implement pixel-perfect, interactive features.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions for Project 2026.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across multiple browsers and devices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on React and JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of React concepts such as Hooks, Context API, and Virtual DOM.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or Zustand).
- Familiarity with modern build tools and deployment pipelines (Webpack, Vite, CI/CD).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
