Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable front-end architecture using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive web applications.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring top-tier SEO performance and accessibility compliance (WCAG).
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and established standards.
- Conduct code reviews, technical debt assessments, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and frameworks in the React ecosystem to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern state management solutions (Redux, Context API, MobX).
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and CSS-in-JS libraries.
- Experience with performance profiling, web vitals, and SEO optimization strategies.
- Strong grasp of asynchronous JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL.
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
