Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end architectures using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high load times and smooth user experiences across all devices.
- Component Library: Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems to ensure consistency and speed up development cycles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate wireframes into high-quality code.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience with React and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Framework Proficiency: Deep expertise in Next.js (App Router experience is a plus).
- Language: Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Styling: Solid understanding of CSS, Tailwind CSS, or other modern styling solutions.
- Testing: Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, or Playwright).
- Git: Proficient in Git workflow, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices.
