Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant quantum-classical hybrid architectures tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead research into quantum algorithms and their integration into deep learning models.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate abstract concepts into deployable software.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructures, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
