- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application code, database queries, and cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum speed and efficiency.
- Code Quality: Lead code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed across the engineering department.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Frameworks: Proficiency in Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and design scalable solutions for high-traffic environments.
