Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale backend APIs and microservices using Python.
- Optimize database queries and architecture for maximum performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing processes.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations to resolve critical production issues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python.
- Deep expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and asynchronous processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment.
