Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end operational planning for venue readiness, including pre-match and post-match protocols.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including vendors, government liaisons, and internal stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project milestones.
- Implement and monitor strict safety and compliance standards in accordance with FIFA regulations.
- Develop and execute detailed contingency plans for high-traffic scenarios and technical failures.
- Oversee the integration of smart technologies and data analytics to optimize crowd management and resource allocation.
- Lead regular performance reviews and strategic planning sessions to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically within large-scale event operations, sports infrastructure, or government projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex logistics.
- Strong knowledge of international standards and regulatory compliance (FIFA, OSHA, etc.).
- PMP or PMP-equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
