Responsibilities
- Lead Model Architecture: Design and implement scalable, state-of-the-art neural network architectures for large-scale generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of AI models on high-performance cloud infrastructure, ensuring low-latency processing.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, specifically focusing on the advancements expected in 2026 (e.g., quantum-inspired algorithms, neuromorphic computing).
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering leads to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric products.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and emerging regulatory frameworks for artificial intelligence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence research.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems and delivering robust solutions in fast-paced environments.
