Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models designed for high-traffic production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define the 2026 product roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Ensure data integrity and implement robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments.
