Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable machine learning models and deep neural networks.
- Collaborate with research scientists to translate theoretical models into production-ready code.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure model deployment, monitoring, and continuous retraining.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to drive model accuracy improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional agile teams.
