- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing innovation budgets
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
