Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure for global events.
- Oversee network architecture to ensure zero-downtime operations during peak traffic.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and developers in implementing cutting-edge technologies.
- Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive fan data and event assets.
- Optimize system performance and reduce latency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliverables.
- Conduct rigorous testing and disaster recovery planning for mission-critical systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, cloud computing, and network engineering.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- Expert knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and agile methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Ability to travel to event sites and stakeholder meetings as required.
