Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion, Agents) for enterprise applications.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput to support 2026-scale data demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, DevOps) to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Research and implement novel algorithms to improve model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI model governance and ethics.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and evaluate new tools for the engineering stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
