Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Design and optimize advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Implement autonomous agent workflows for complex decision-making systems.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into next-generation consumer platforms.
- Ensure model safety, alignment, and ethical AI practices in all production deployments.
- Conduct research on novel transformer architectures and optimization techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on best practices in MLOps and Deep Learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and embedding models.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
