- Produce high-impact strategic reports for executive leadership on future market opportunities and threats
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation workshops to cultivate organizational future-readiness and adaptive capabilities
- Translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Champion ethical innovation principles in all future-tech implementations
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with quantifiable results
