As part of our elite Future Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global thought leaders to develop long-term roadmaps, identify disruptive opportunities, and mitigate emerging risks. You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of innovation across our organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and socioeconomic indicators to forecast 2026+ industry disruptions
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify emerging opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory developments impacting tech adoption and innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or industry journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-oriented projects with measurable impact
