As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology. You'll translate complex technological possibilities into competitive advantages while mentoring our next generation of innovators.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) through market research, patent analysis, and academic partnerships
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and disruption across key industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and keynote presentations at global tech forums
- Build and maintain relationships with research institutions, startups, and venture capital firms
- Mentor junior futurists and technology scouts through structured development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or frequent speaker at technology conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech forecasting and implementation
