Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 market impact
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design innovation frameworks for emerging tech adoption across Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future trends
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technological forecasts into actionable business strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
