Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 industry disruption scenarios using AI-powered forecasting models
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports identifying emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in AI/ML forecasting tools and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with cross-cultural trend analysis and geopolitical risk assessment
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or foresight certification program)
