Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models and strategic roadmaps for organizational transformation

- Produce high-impact research reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with potential to reshape industry landscapes
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or corporate strategy with focus on emerging technologies
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (articles, books, white papers)
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
