Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market positioning
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for AI governance and ethical deployment
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, policy, and business units
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate frontier tech investments
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published work on AI ethics, biotech convergence, or climate-tech disruption
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate modeling
- Track record of influencing executive decisions in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
