Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing applications
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Manage innovation portfolios with $5M+ annual budgets
- Represent Innovatech at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and technical teams
- Experience managing cross-cultural, remote innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology journals
