Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating futuristic innovations with current business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscape
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching technology products with 3+ year horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and foresight methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech or consulting environments
