- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Represent the company at Davos and global tech summits as a futurism authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or top-tier tech publications
- Proficiency in trend-mapping tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell, RAND Corporation)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-casting projects with measurable impact
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling language (Python/R preferred)
