- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for enterprise resilience in volatile markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and execution priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for strategic decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term market trajectories
- Establish innovation metrics to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
