Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging technologies with 2026 commercial viability
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen innovations (quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI)
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for technology adoption in 2026 market conditions
- Partner with product teams to translate future-vision concepts into executable development roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Establish cross-industry innovation ecosystems with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or Web3 infrastructure
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (journal articles, white papers)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
