- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses with industry-wide impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
