Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning research to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on future technology landscapes
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align organizations on future readiness strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Advise C-suite executives on innovation investments and future-proofing initiatives
- Pioneer new methodologies for quantitative and qualitative trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies for major organizations
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or strategy publications
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis tools and predictive modeling techniques
