Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, disruptive technologies, and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients across healthcare, tech, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for C-suite executives
- Author high-impact foresight publications and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging challenges and opportunities

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with demonstrable impact on organizational strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures concepts into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, strategy, or innovation publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
